Story

With the countdown to the end of my twenties on, I have decided to set two personal challenges to complete this year, participating in my first running and cycling races, in the Hackney Half Marathon and London to Brighton cycle. A total of 68.6 miles travelled.

While these are great personal achievements to complete, using these events as an opportunity to raise money for a great charity is just as important.

At the age of 29, I have already lost too many male family and friends to cancer or suicide and I know people struggling with these every single day.

As the leading charity changing the face of men's health, Movember knows what works for men and what doesn't. Prostate cancer, testicular cancer, mental health and suicide prevention - we're taking them all on by challenging the status quo and shaking up men's health research, support services, and treatment.

As a previous Tash grower for the charity, what better way to complete these challenges than to support Movember along the way.

For Hackney Half in May, we need to hit the £300 target. Then for London to Brighton in September, we need to meet the £450 target, but let's not stop there.

All donations are hugely appreciated for this fantastic cause, no matter the amount. Love you all!
