Story

💚 Mental Health Matters – Joseph Chaytor’s Charity Walk 💚

Hi everyone,

My name is Joseph Chaytor, and I’m walking over 500 miles from Redcar to Cornwall to raise awareness and support for mental health.

This challenge means more to me than just the miles. For many years, I have personally struggled with my own mental health battles and understand how dark and isolating life can sometimes feel. There were times when I felt alone, misunderstood, and unsure where to turn.

But I also know how powerful support, kindness, and awareness can be.

That’s why I’m taking on this journey — not only to push myself physically and mentally, but to help others who may be struggling in silence. I want people to know they are not alone and that their mental health matters.

Every donation, no matter how small, will help raise awareness, support mental health initiatives, and encourage more open conversations around mental wellbeing.

This walk is about hope, strength, and showing people that even during the hardest times, there is still a reason to keep going.

If you can, please donate, share this page, and follow the journey. Your support could help make a real difference to someone who truly needs it.

Thank you so much for all the support. 💚
