Well, after a 2 year gap I'm going to be heading to the start line of the Great North Run.

I haven't done any serious road races since Sept 2022; which was the last event I ran for this incredible charity. Nor have I managed to make any training with Wallsend Harriers.

Therefore this year is going to be a push and although I am not officially running for charity; it seems like an good opportunity to raise some funds for this cause again and provide myself with some extra motivation

I know there is a lot of requests for sponsorship at this time of year; but any donations are greatly appreciated
