Hey guys, thanks so much for visiting my Just giving page.

Suicide is the biggest killer of people under the age of 35 and the biggest killer of men under the age of 50 in the UK.

And that is why I am running the 2024 London Marathon for Samaritans, I want to do ALL I can to get those numbers down by raising as much money as possible.

To those of you who don’t know, Samaritans are an incredible charity who are there 24/7 for people who need it most. People who are suffering with their mental health, have hit rock bottom, struggling to cope and who need someone to listen without judgement or pressure.

They can often be the difference between life or death for many people. They give people that little bit of hope that sometimes is all we need.

I’ve had my incredibly tough times in the past and have suffered badly with my mental health. I’ve had suicidal thoughts and know first hand how incredible Samaritans are. It’s so important to continue these conversations.

I (and the charity) would be forever grateful to any donations. It goes a LONG long way.
