The Countess Charity’s ‘Extra Mile Appeal’ Providing additional pieces of equipment for our patients

Josh Bate and I will be running the London Marathon in April 2026.

We all know that our wonderful NHS is need of some extra help, this is why the ‘Extra Mile Appeal’ has been created. This staff-initiated appeal will see many wards and departments receiving Extra pieces of equipment over and above NHS Core provision. The trust provides all the necessary equipment for staff to do their work, but this equipment is just the necessary, The Countess Charity want to provide More for their patients.
