Myself, my wonderful partner Louise, and a couple of amazing colleagues from Pryor are lacing up our walking shoes to take on a 10K charity walk at Harewood House, all to raise vital funds for the Cystic Fibrosis Trust.

Cystic Fibrosis (CF) is a life-limiting genetic condition that affects the lungs and digestive system, impacting over 11,000 people in the UK. The Cystic Fibrosis Trust works tirelessly to fund research, support families, and fight for a better future for everyone affected.

Your support can make a real difference. Last year alone, the Trust responded to 3,652 queries, helping people with CF through the cost-of-living crisis and providing vital advice on housing, travel, benefits, employment, and much more.
