Hi all,

I’m back running another half and hoping to enjoy this one a little more than the last, avoiding cramp for the last 10k would be a good place to start.

This time around I’ll be supporting another great cause, one that I’ve had the privilege of working closely with this year, as MTC’s Charity of the year.

About 9 months ago I had the privilege of visiting the Clatterbridge Cancer Centre and it really hit home the great work and shear volume of support provided by Clatterbridge, to those who need it the most. I remember being particularly moved when spending some time in the youth area of the hospital, reflecting on how lucky I am to be fit and healthy.

So given this I’d massively appreciate it if you could dip your hand in your pocket and support this great cause, I can’t tell you enough what a difference it will make.
