Story
In May, 18 of us from Softcat Leeds & Newcastle and our friends at Fortinet are running the Leeds Half Marathon for The Motor Neurone Disease Association.
The MND Association focus on improving access to care, research and campaigning for those people living with or affected by MND in England, Wales and Northern Ireland.
Those in the Leeds office are running in support of Rob Burrow, a local Leeds hero who played for the Leeds Rhinos. He was diagnosed with MND in 2019, and is currently fundraising for The Rob Burrow Centre for Motor Neurone Disease to be built here in Leeds.
We have different levels of runners entering the event, from seasoned vets to first time runners altogether, so all support is greatly appreciated!
