I'm taking on a personal cycling challenge to raise funds for Mind, a charity that provides support and resources for those struggling with mental health. On November 18th, 2023, I'll be pushing myself to complete 100k in a day 🚴🏼💨. Mental health is an issue that affects so many of us, whether directly or indirectly. It's time we start talking about it more openly and providing the necessary resources to those who need it most. That's why I'm asking for your support in reaching my target of £1000. Every little bit helps and will go directly towards supporting Mind's mission. Let's make a difference together!

In June 2022 I snapped my ACL in my left knee, keeping me away from sports and physical activity, something which I know helps to alleviate my own mental health issues. But all was not lost, I started the long physio recovery whilst waiting for my operation date. Both the Royal and Broadgreen Liverpool hospitals have been fantastic, with the staff going above and beyond, providing reassurance throughout the whole process. Surgery was March 31st, 2023. Physio and knee rehab has been positive over the last seven months but it's now time to set a goal and put that hard work into meaningful action. I would hugely appreciate it if you could donate, no matter how big or small, it all helps to move this fundraiser and me in the right direction.

The cycle will be the Mersey Loop between Liverpool - Runcorn - Frodsham - Chester - West Kirby - New Brighton - Woodside Ferry - Albert Dock -Sefton Park.
