I’m taking part in the Tour De Furness this year, cycling 74 miles in memory of my Nan, Pauline Booth, to raise money for the Alzheimer’s Society.

The route takes me through the Duddon Valley and over Wrynose Pass, looping around Coniston before heading back to Barrow.
