Story
Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
Hi all,
As you may know, our son Josh Mistry passed away due to Congenital Diaphragmatic Hernia (CDH) earlier this year. His strength and bravery during his time with us have left a lasting impact, and though our hearts are broken, we are determined to honor his memory in a meaningful way.
This July, we will be taking on a personal challenge to walk 280,000 steps to raise awareness and funds for the CDH support charity, a charity that supports families affected by CDH and works tirelessly to fund research and provide care for those impacted by this condition.
Our goal is to channel our grief into purpose—raising not only funds but also awareness for this often-overlooked condition. If you feel moved to support us, whether by donating, spreading the word, or even joining us in the challenge, it would mean the world to us.
If you would like to learn more about CDH please visit https://cdhuk.org.uk
Our goal is to raise £1,000+ throughout the month. Donations can be made through

And we’ll be sharing our progress throughout the month.
Thank you for your support, your kindness, and for helping us keep our son’s memory alive through action and advocacy.
With heartfelt gratitude,
Sonia & Ketan 🩵
