I have recently taken up running and I am very pleased to have been accepted to race in the Barcelona Marathon in March 2027 for Mind Charity. Mind operate in Mid and North East Essex, offering mental health support to the local community through local projects, counseling and outreach programs for all ages.

I have had a challenging 2026 and I couldn’t think of a more fitting charity to run for, any donations would be much appreciated!
