On the 3rd May 2025 I’ll be completing the Solo Pro London Hyrox Challange in full fire kit to support The Fire Fighters Charity. Furthermore on the 30th May I’ll be rowing the British Chanel in fire kit. This incredible organization provides vital support to firefighters and their families in times of need. Any donation, no matter the size, would be greatly appreciated and will go towards a truly worthy cause.
