100 Miles. One Mission. A Cause That Changed My Life.
In September 2026, I’ll be taking on my biggest challenge yet — running my first 100-mile race at the Bryce Canyon Ultra.
This isn’t just a race for me. It’s personal.
I’m running to raise $2,000 for Consequences of Habit — an organization that supports veterans, individuals in recovery, and those working to improve mental health and break destructive patterns.
This cause hits home in a very real way.
My journey to sobriety has shaped who I am today. It’s taught me resilience, discipline, and the power of choosing a better path — one day at a time. Organizations like Consequences of Habit are doing incredible work to give others that same opportunity, especially veterans and first responders who have given so much and deserve support in return.
100 miles will test me physically and mentally in ways I’ve never experienced — but it’s nothing compared to the battles so many fight every single day.
That’s why I’m asking for your support.
If you’re able, please consider donating to help me reach my $2,000 goal. Every dollar goes directly toward supporting recovery, mental health, and habit change for those who need it most.
If you can’t donate, sharing this post means just as much.
Let’s make every mile count.

I have until two weeks before the race to reach my goal. Once I do, I'll be eligible to run!
Will you help me raise money to support this incredible mission?
