Josh and Izaks fundraiser for The Bridge for Heroes

Joshua Pover is raising money for The Bridge for Heroes

The Norfolk Marathon and Half Marathon · 19 April 2026 ·

Our mission is to support members of the Armed Forces Community (serving, veterans and their families) by providing companionship & comradeship, alongside information, guidance and advice, and activities that promote mental health and well-being

Story

My brother Izak and I have decided to take on the Norfolk Marathon, and we thought it would be a great opportunity to raise money for Bridge for Heroes in King’s Lynn. This charity means a lot to us personally, as our dad works there as the Welfare Manager, supporting veterans and their families who have sacrificed so much for our country.

By running the marathon, we hope to do our small part in giving something back and helping raise funds so that Bridge for Heroes can continue providing vital support, care, and recovery services to those who need it most.

Any donation, big or small, would mean a lot and will go directly towards helping this incredible charity continue the important work they do and may give us the needed motivationto get over the line! Thank you so much for your support!
