Thank you for taking a moment to read my story.

I am excited to share that I will be participating in a charity boxing match on 1st March to raise funds for MHA Communities Shifnal & District, an organisation close to my heart. I first volunteered there at 15, and it opened my eyes to the incredible work they do to enhance the lives of older individuals in our community.

Run by Scheme Manager Rachel Powell, MHA Communities Shifnal & District combats loneliness and promotes independence among older people. They organise social groups, befriending programmes, assisted shopping, and outings to support older individuals. They also offer specialised services for those with dementia, such as memory cafés and respite care.

There are numerous wonderful charities out there, and these are financially tough times for everyone. Nevertheless, every penny of sponsorship is deeply appreciated and will be used wisely by the MHA Communities Shifnal & District charity. Your donation could make a life-saving difference.
