On the 19th August 2023 I am taking on the Yorkshire Three Peaks challenge with Lindsey Lodge (Scunthorpe) in order to raise money for this amazing Hospice. I’m hoping to raise £300 and any donations would be greatly appreciated.

I’m walking for my Uncle Rick who we lost so very quickly to cancer and who sadly didn’t make it to Lindsey Lodge, but I want to recognise the amazing work the Hospice does. Here, the dedicated team of staff and volunteers touch the lives of hundreds of people and offer support to family members before, during and after one of the most difficult times in their lives. Starting in Horton-in-Ribblesdale, we will aim to complete the three highest peaks in Yorkshire in around 12 hours!

I will be lead by a team of fully qualified mountain leaders, heading for Pen-y-Ghent, Whernside and finally Ingleborough. A total of 5450 feet of ascent, 25 miles.
