Story

This summer, sisters Lydia and Chloe are taking on an incredible challenge – running a 50km ultra marathon to raise money for Woodlarks Campsite, a charity that has been changing lives for nearly 100 years.

Woodlarks provides unforgettable camping holidays for people of all ages with disabilities. These holidays are more than just a getaway; for many of our campers, it's the only holiday they have all year. The sense of community, adventure, and joy found at Woodlarks is truly unique – and deeply cherished by all who attend.

Lydia and Chloe know this firsthand. They've been part of the Woodlarks family for almost 30 years, growing up with the camp and seeing the life-changing impact it has on everyone who comes. Now, they’re giving back in a big way by lacing up their running shoes and tackling 50 tough kilometres – all to keep the magic of Woodlarks alive.

Please support their run. Every donation goes directly to helping us continue to welcome campers, provide accessible facilities, and create memories that last a lifetime.

Thank you for supporting Lydia, Chloe, and the entire Woodlarks community.
