Ruddington & District Choral Society has contributed a great deal to my sense of well-being, particularly over recent years when I have experienced symptoms of chronic fatigue syndrome (ME). This year I have managed to resume some (limited) running training and decided to participate in the Derby Running Festival, which took place on 24th August, and raise funds for the Society. The application for it to be approved as a charity on Just Giving's site has taken time so I'm setting up this page after the event. The race, which took me 35:05 to run, was great fun. Any donations will support the choir in the excellent musical, educational and social activites it provides in the local community. Thank you.
