This event is raising money for St George's Crypt a charity that helped me. In February 2023 I entered Growing Rooms the residential rehab arm of the Crypt. For over twenty years I struggled with drug and alcohol addiction.. The Crypt and Growing Rooms helped me rebuild my life and myself as a person. Through difficulties post rehab music became a way for me to process difficult emotions and protect my sobriety. I'm proud now to be able to use music to be able to give back go the place that saved my life.
