We all need more trees, right? We love to run in the countryside, through trails and woods; clean air, calmer headspace and great places to train, yet these areas are under threat so I’m raising money for the Woodland Trust.

Their purpose is to protect, restore, and create native woodland across the UK so that woods and trees thrive for both people and nature. The Trust safeguards irreplaceable ancient woodland, restores damaged forests, and plants native trees that support wildlife, tackle climate change, and improve wellbeing.
