JT & Roo Running the 2025 London Marathon for Teddy Grant & The Daisy Garland Charity

London Marathon 2025 · 27 April 2025 ·
We’ve been friends with Charlie since we can remember and we’ve been so lucky to have so many amazing memories with one our best friends.
However, both of us will never forget the heartbreaking memory of racing to meet Charlie and Nikki at the hospital and them telling us that Teddy had a seizure. He was one year and one week old when he passed.
This memory is incomprehensible to us, let alone Charlie and Nikki whose strength has blown us all away.
Over the years many of Charlie and Nikki’s family and friends have raised money for The Daisy Garland charity, who work exclusively for children and families whose lives have been touched by drug-resistant epilepsy.
The charity provides positive support for some of the 18,000 children in the UK who suffer from drug-resistant epilepsy. It also gives great comfort to Charlie and Nikki in helping other families who have a child that suffers with epilepsy while keeping Teddy’s memory alive.
Your donation transforms lives and can help provide life-changing monitors that reduces the risk of SUDEP (sudden unexpected death in epilepsy).
It also empowers parents and carers and breaks down loneliness and isolation while improving mental health and bringing hope to despairing families.
We both have a profound sense of pride in training and running the London Marathon representing The Daisy Garland charity for the Grant’s in memory of Teddy who would have been 10 years old this year.
Any donation small or large is kindly appreciated by us both.
Lots of love,
JT and Roo
