I am a part of Bishop Fleming's 43 strong team attempting the Yorkshire Three Peaks on September 20th. 24.5 miles and 5,000 ft of ascent, all inside 12 hours. I will aim to complete this challenge in under 8 hours to push myself for this cause.

I have several family members who have passed away over the years due to cancer, so this is a cause I truly believe in.

Each year, over 400,000 people are diagnosed with cancer, with someone being diagnosed on average every 90 seconds. Cancer is the cause of roughly 27-28% of all deaths in England.

FORCE Cancer Charity provides free support and information to anyone affected by cancer at our Centre in Exeter and at local community hospitals.

They offer counselling, group sessions, complementary therapies, benefits advice, specialist physiotherapy and exercise guidance and other health and wellbeing support. Their services are available to cancer patients and their families.
