I recognise that running does not appeal to, or impress, everyone and so, having successfully raised some much needed funds for our local Southwark Infant School by running the London Marathon in April, I decided that I would take the opportunity to tick off all three of the "London Classics" in 2024 and, therefore followed up with the Ride London 100 (100 mile bike ride) in May and the Swim Serpentine (2-mile open-water swim) in September.

Whichever sport grabs your attention or even if no sport does, I hope that you will donate to support this outstanding school. I am raising money through the PTA (the Parent Teacher Association which is a UK-registered charity) which provides additional funding to the school for the benefit of the pupils.
