We educate about mental fitness & stigma to prevent suicide in communities

Story

State of Mind Sport harness the power of sport to raise awareness about mental health and strive to improve the mental fitness of the population with the goal of preventing suicide. Click on the video (above) to see more about our work

Around the world (2020) one person every 40 seconds took their own life and that would mean 120 people would die from suicide during every 80 minute rugby match. That's what the 40/120 challenge is all about so every runner will be aiming to raise £40-£120 (or more) by completing the Jubilee Bridge Half Marathon or 10k
