Despite the November weather I've signed up - again - to do the World AIDS Day Red Run 2026 for National AIDS Trust. Because people living with HIV are still facing stigma and discrimination. Because NAT fights for their rights. Because we are SO close to ending new transmissions by the target date of 2030. Because they need the support.

So pity me slogging round Victoria Park in (no doubt) the wind and rain on a dark November day. And if you want to make that slog a little bit cheerier, throwing a couple of quid my way to help this brilliant charity achieve even more than they already do will make my day. Thank you.
