Story

As many of you know, I’ve been diagnosed with Breast Cancer

As I head into the next phase treatments, I would like something positive to aim for. Something that is way out of my comfort zone but will focus me during recovery

30th August!!

I have decided to jump out of a plane with my nephew (who hates heights!)! A 15,000 ft skydive to raise money for Maggie’s Centre Oldham 💛🪂

They have supported me on every hospital visit and every phone call, helping calm me and deal with the changes I’m facing. Whether it’s resources, workshops, or just a quiet place to sit, talk, blub or do nothing - they have helped me manage my worries, they are incredible.

Maggie’s was founded by Maggie Keswick Jencks, who also had breast cancer, and the first centre was built in 1995 by her architect husband — something really special that continues to support so many people.

We will be jumping out of that plane in Grange Over Sands . It’s a 15.000 ft drop 😬

I’m aiming to raise £500, to give back to Maggies Oldham. Any contribution would mean the world to me and them

Thank you all so much 💛 your support has been incredible
