Everyone knows I love to walk (NOT!)

The past few years presented many challenges to say the least, I’ve had to learn to take life day by day, sometimes even hour by hour!

I would have been lost without the loving support of friends, family, colleagues and Perthshire women’s aid!

The support they offer is life changing! From providing refuge, helping source housing, counselling and support and courses to help women and children work through endured trauma in order to move forward!

I appreciate money can be tight for everyone right now, but please please please if you can spare any change no matter how big or small, every penny helps these incredible women to do their fantastic work!
