I am running the London Landmarks Half Marathon on 6th April in support of F.A.I.R. This fantastic charity works to raise funds for vital research into auto immune conditions. These are on the rise and can have a devastating impact on those who experience them. I have seen in my own family the distress of a condition which has no obvious cause or treatment.
