On April 26 2026 I will be running the London marathon for our very special little miracle that is Noah - a true fighter and brave little boy who lights up this world with his smile. Born at 27 weeks by emergency c-section weighing just 2ib. Noah developed Necrotising Enterocolitis (NEC) and Cerebal palsy, he has undergone 28 trips to theatre including 14 life saving operations the first at just 2 weeks old. Much of Noah and his family's time is spent in hospital but in between stays a wonderful local charity called Sunflowers Children's Action group helps create precious memories for children like Noah with life limiting conditions.

The Sunflowers Children's Action group is a small registered charity run by volunteers who work incredibly hard to provide these special treats for some very special children. Family events include cinema visits, breakfast chior groups, gymnastics sessions, superhero partys and chocolate making to name a few. These activities help reduce isolation, improve mental and physical health, increase support and create those all important happy memories.
