Ive just been diagnosed on Friday 25 April 2024 at Bognor Regis War Memorial Hospital of a bone on bone situation in my right knee and need a knee replacement.

I can still swim so let's see the last few days of this challenge raise as much money as we can for these wonderful men and women.
