My father, George Dennis Cottrell died at the age of 99 on Thursday, 23rd January 2025. Whilst he didn’t die of prostate cancer, Prostate Cancer Uk is a charity very dear to our hearts as my husband, Barrie died of this awful disease at the age of 67 on 15th October 2023. Prostate Cancer is now the most diagnosed cancer in England but still has no formal screening programme.

I know my father would be very honoured for donations to be made in his name to this worthy cause.
