We have both had our own challenges over the last few years and have taken on this challenge to get and keep ourselves fit,, it will be no mean feet.....

we have to run/walk 10 miles followed by a 26 mile bike ride and a 3 mile kayak (which we intend to do in style of course)

and what better place to do our triathlon than the Jurassic coast the most hilly and dramatic area.

Action Medical Research is the leading UK-wide charity saving and changing children’s lives through medical research. For over 70 years, we’ve helped pioneer ways to prevent disease and develop treatments benefiting millions of people. Our research has helped to beat polio in the UK, develop ultrasound, fight meningitis, and prevent stillbirths.

However, there is still so much more to be done. We urgently need to develop new treatments and cures for sick babies and children, and we can’t do it without your support.

On June 27th, 2026, We will be participating in the Race the Sun Jurassic Coast Off-Road triathlon to raise funds for this vital cause. Our joint target is to raise £1000 to help continue this important work.
