This year I have decided that it is time to make a change.

Since October 2024 I have lost over 4st 10lbs and embarked on a journey of getting back into running. I have signed up for the Great South Run on October 19th 2025, 10 years since I last completed the event.

I am completing this event in aid of Make-A-Wish® UK & would appreciate if you could give just a little.
