I've always tried to do my bit, donating to organisations and causes close to myself, friends and colleagues.

It's now my turn to take on a challenge so please help me raise funds for Marie Curie.

On Saturday 5th September I'm joining the team at SME Finance to do an 11-mile trail across the Gower Peninsula, starting at Worm's Head.

Marie Curie is especially close to the hearts of SME, as one of the team members has personally experienced the incredible support the charity provides during difficult times.

Marie Curie offers expert care, guidance and support to people living with terminal illness and their families, and this support made a profound difference to their family. Their experience has helped shine a light on the vital role Marie Curie plays, and inspired the team to give back.

I'm honoured to support Marie Curie and look forward to making a contribution to the essential work they do.
