Hello, everyone!

I'm excited to share that my sister Sonia and I have undertaken an incredible challenge—to trek to Mount Everest Base Camp. This journey covers more than 131km on foot and ascends to an altitude of over 17,500 ft.

🌟 Why are we doing this?

Not only is this one of the biggest challenges we've set ourselves, but We're raising funds for Mind, a charity dedicated to offering mental health support. In a world that is often quick to overlook mental well-being, Mind provides invaluable resources, advice, and counselling for those who are struggling. As someone who recognises the importance of mental health, I'm proud to support their mission. Every penny raised will go towards helping Mind continue thier vital work.

👣 The Route

The trip starts by flying from Kathmandu to Lukla and landing in the world's most dangerous airport where will begin our Trek.

The trek will lead us through some of the most stunning landscapes on Earth. We'll traverse past rivers, steep cliffs, all while surrounded by the towering Himalayan peaks. Staying overnight in the highest Teahouses in the world.
