Story
Thank you for visiting my JustGiving page in support of the Motor Neurone Disease Association. Inspired by the incredible Kevin Sinfield, Saturday 6 June 2026 will see me take on the Lake District Ultra Challenge 2026 — a demanding 50km route with a 1,300m climb, starting in Kendal and finishing at Lakeside, Windermere.
This journey is not just a physical challenge but a heartfelt mission to make a difference. Rob Burrow, Stephen Darby, and Doddie Weir from the sporting world have shined a light on the severity of this terminal illness and the battle ahead.
Motor neurone disease affects thousands of lives across England, Wales, and Northern Ireland, and the need for research, care, and support has never been greater. By supporting this cause, you are helping to bring hope and vital resources to those impacted by this relentless condition.
I invite you to join me on this journey by sponsoring my trek. Every donation, no matter the size, will directly fund the MND Association’s life-changing work. Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast, and secure — your details are safe and will never be shared or used for unwanted communications.
Together we can climb every mountain that stands in the way of progress against motor neurone disease. Please help me reach my target of £3,000 and make a lasting impact today.
