Story

On Saturday 15th June, I'll be taking on the challenge of Tough Mudder 2024. Alongside my fearless colleagues from Equator, we'll be conquering the 10+ mile course over 20 obstacles, all in the name of supporting SAMH - Scotland's Mental Health Charity.

But this challenge isn't just about pushing boundaries, it's also about raising awareness, and supporting those in need. SAMH stands at the forefront of Scotland's mental health crisis, providing vital services and resources to individuals battling their own mental health problems and their loved ones struggling to support them. Their impact is immeasurable, and our team is determined to do everything in our power to ensure they can continue their life-changing work.

With your support, we can transform muddy obstacles into pathways of hope and healing. Every donation, no matter how small, will make a difference in the lives of those affected by mental health challenges. Thank you so much for your support!
