Team Jamie’s fundraiser for Epilepsy Action

We are raising money in memory of Jamie, who sadly passed away, aged just 25, on 30th April 2025 due to his epilepsy.
Jamie had epilepsy since a young age but we never expected to lose him because of it.
He was an amazing, kind, funny, and brave young man who did not let epilepsy hold him back.
He had been on many solo travels, including to Thailand, Vietnam, Laos, and Cambodia, and he had studied Zoology and Conservation at Bangor and Nottingham Trent universities.
Epilepsy is a common health condition, that too many people know nothing about. Most people see epilepsy as an inconvenience. Flashing lights and falling over. Not an unpredictable and potentially fatal condition.
Epilepsy Action is creating a world without limits for everyone affected by epilepsy, connecting people with others, and providing support and information you can trust. We’re calling out the misunderstanding, prejudice and barriers that stop people with epilepsy living their best life.
Epilepsy says stop. We say go.
Please help in any way that you can 🫶🏼❤️🙌🏾
Love from Jamie’s family and friends who all miss him deeply xxx
