In a sector facing constant change, challenge and pressure, resilience isn’t just a personal strength: it is a professional necessity. My CIH presidential campaign, Rooted in Resilience, champions mental wellbeing, encourages growth mindset, and supports housing professionals to thrive – not just survive.

Alongside my campaign I’m fundraising for mental health charities throughout the UK, whose work helps millions of people get the support and information they need, when they need it. In Scotland SAMH is dedicated to improving mental health and ensuring everyone experiencing a mental health problem gets support and respect.

I’m excited to be fundraising for SAMH alongside Mind and Inspire over the next year and would like to thank everyone who digs deep to support these brilliant charities that make such a difference to so many.
