I’m running in the Regency 10k to fundraise for The Ups of Downs charity based in Leamington Spa. They support children and young people with Down syndrome in Warwickshire and the surrounding areas and support over 60 families.

My nephew, Jamie, has Down syndrome and he has been involved with the charity from a very young age. From play groups for the younger ones, Saturday clubs that include sport, music and drama for different ages to youth club for teenagers and above, Jamie has enjoyed and benefited enormously from these activities.
