I'm joining the fight for mental health with Mind in Furness to help raise awareness and funds to keep vital mental health services open in our community.

Mental Elf is a brand-new event for Mind in Furness, a 5k festive fun run which takes place in Ford Park, Ulverston, on Sunday 15th December. With an emphasis on fun, Mental Elf is all about coming together with as a local community, doing something that’s good for you, whilst giving something back by helping to raise much needed funds for Mind in Furness.

In the last 18 months, many people have experienced a mental health condition for the first time or have seen a loved one experiencing poor mental health. Supporting people's mental health has never been more important than it is right now. Any donation you can give will go along way.
