Story
I'm going on a BIG walk! Without my dog! What?! I know! Madness!
It's 34 km (21 miles), 650 metres of ascent, 10 hours, the circumference of Ullswater basically – so I'm taking out shares in Compeed, stockpiling gluten-free flapjacks and perfecting my wild-weeing skills. With your monetary support, it will all feel a lot less insane.
And where will the money go? To NACOA, a charity that, as most of you know, is incredibly important to me, and with one in five children affected by a parent's drinking, it's incredibly important to a whole generation of children growing up right now.

Nacoa (The National Association for Children of Alcoholics) is a Bristol based charity founded in 1990 to provide help and support for everyone affected by a parent’s drinking.
We believe that every child has the right to a happy childhood and to live a creative and meaningful life but when drink is the family secret they are more likely to experience family violence, neglect and other problems in their own homes.
