St Helena is here to help local people in North Essex to face incurable illness and bereavement.

I’m doing something way out of my comfort zone… I’m taking on a SKYDIVE! 🪂

I’m incredibly proud to be representing Elmcroft Care Home, where I work as Activities Lead. We’ve recently received a Good rating from Care Quality Commission, which reflects the dedication, compassion, and hard work of our amazing team. It truly is a lovely home, and I feel so lucky to support such wonderful residents every day.

I’m doing this skydive in support of St Helena Hospice — an incredible charity that provides compassionate care and support to individuals and families during some of life’s most difficult times.

Every day, I’m reminded how important kindness, dignity, and creating meaningful moments really are. Taking this leap (literally!) is my way of giving back and making a difference.
