I’m running the Cardiff Half Marathon to support the incredible work of the Bone Cancer Research Trust. Bone cancer brings heartbreak and devastation to hundreds each year, and too often, patients reach the end of current treatment options with no hope.

Thanks to supporters, the Trust funds vital research, offers support, trusted information, and hope to everyone affected. Anything you can give will undoubtedly provide much-needed respite in a time of need. Please help bring a little light to those whose days may feel a little cloudier.
