musicsansfrontieresnorwich raising money for Medecins Sans Frontieres / Doctors Without Borders (MSF)

Fundraising Concert · 30 June 2024
Médecins Sans Frontières / Doctors Without Borders (MSF) is the world's leading medical humanitarian aid organisation.
We provide emergency assistance to people affected by armed conflict, epidemics and natural or man-made disasters, without discrimination and irrespective of race, religion, gender or political affiliation.
We work in over 70 countries and go to the places where others cannot or choose not to go.
Music Sans Frontières is a flexible ensemble of experienced professional musicians performing concerts in and around Norwich to raise money for the international charity Médecins Sans Frontières /Doctors Without Borders (MSF).
The generosity of these musicians means that they receive no fee for any performances and all profits support the work of MSF.
The next of this series of concerts will take place at:
3pm on Sunday 30th June, Octagon Chapel, Colegate, Norwich NR3 1BN
The founder of Music Sans Frontières is Juliet Rickard who says:
"it seemed natural to bring together those who have always spoken in the international language of music, share what we love doing, and support the important work that MSF does across the world. If we can help to raise some money for their work, then everyone benefits!
Players performing in the concert are:
FLUTES Fiona Brittain, Claire Luck
OBOES Juliet Rickard & David Price
CLARINETS Rachel Cannon and Amy Robinson
FRENCH HORNS Lynne Roberts, Chrissie Owens
BASSOONS Julie Andrews, Hugh Woolley
