We're at it again! Following on from last year's amazing challenge in the Lake District, Royal Primary Care GP's, ANP's and Administrators, Ruth, Michelle, Julie, Kate and Steph will be trekking around the Yorkshire 3 Peaks, this time in support of the amazing work done by ANDYSMANCLUB.

Here at Royal Primary Care in Chesterfield, we see many men through our doors every day with mental health issues and we know that they find it dificult to access traditional mental health therapies. That's why charities like ANDYSMANCLUB are vital in encouraging men to talk.

Andysmanclub is a men’s suicide prevention charity, offering free to attend peer-to-peer support groups across the United Kingdom and online. They aim to end the stigma surrounding men’s mental health and help men through the power of conversation. #ITSOKAYTOTALK
