Story
At Just Run, we believe movement is one of the simplest and most powerful ways to look after your mental health. Running clears the head, connects people, and reminds us we’re never alone.
November is a big month for mental health awareness, and this year we’re putting our miles towards something that matters — supporting James’ Place, a local charity providing free, life-changing therapy for men in suicidal crisis.
Together, we’re running 500 kilometres throughout November to raise awareness for mental health and funds for this vital local cause. I’ll personally be running 5 kilometres every single day to do my part.
Every run is a reminder to keep moving — for ourselves, for each other, and for those who need a helping hand.
Join us in moving for mental health. Together, we’re running for James’ Place, and for everyone who needs to know they’re not alone.
