What am I doing?

I have signed up to participate in the London to Brighton Off Road bike ride in September this year in aid of the British Heart Foundation. Last year the event raised an amazing £582,000!

Why am I riding?

Every 3 minutes, someone in the UK dies from cardiovascular disease. Right now, more than 8 million people are living with a heart or circulatory condition across the country. Despite decades of progress, the number of people dying prematurely from cardiovascular disease has been rising again.
