Jacob is now 8 years old and he's getting big! Too much for mummy and daddy to be able to life and carry him in and out of a car seat, so we need to get ready for a wheelchair vehicle.

We're raising money so that we can put down the deposit for a mobility vehicle suitable for Jacob, so that he can get out and about on his chair, and his bike too, with his family and friends.
